In February, 2019  Congress passed legislation that provides a clean re-authorization of the EB-5 Regional Center program through to September 30 of this year. That means that none of the many potential regulatory changes were adopted and the investment minimums and the applicable regulations remain unchanged.

In the meantime the EB-5 industry and its stakeholders have engaged in extensive dialogue with the lawmakers to try to reach consensus and compromise for the healthy future of the program.
